- These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services offered by WhyteWalls Design Studio, a brand of AlbaMur Designs (OPC) Private Limited.
- By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these terms.
- Specific projects are governed by specific service agreement or works contract signed with individual clients.
Services
- WhyteWalls Design Studio provides interior design and construction solutions as described in project-specific agreements.
- All visuals, specifications, and descriptions on the website are indicative and subject to confirmation in the formal contract.
Pricing & Payments
- Quotations shared are valid for a limited period (typically 30 days) unless otherwise stated.
- Final pricing, payment milestones, and scope of work are subject to be detailed in the project-specific agreements
- Prices may vary based on material availability, customization, or statutory changes.
- Payments must be made as per agreed milestones in the project-specific agreements.
- Delayed payments may attract interest charges and can affect project timelines.
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quality & Warranty
- WhyteWalls Design Studio adheres to Indian Standards and industry best practices.
- Standard defects liability period of 6 months for Interior projects, and 12 months for Construction projects apply post-handover, covering workmanship and material defects unless stated otherwise in project-specific agreements.
Intellectual Property
- All designs, drawings, and content shared by WhyteWalls Design Studio remain our intellectual property.
- Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or share proprietary designs without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
- WhyteWalls Design Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, third-party actions, or force majeure events.
Dispute Resolution
- Disputes shall first be resolved amicably.
- Failing settlement, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Bengaluru as the seat of arbitration.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
